Location was perfect, in the centre of Malcensine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a 15-20 minute walk away, on the last day we asked the hotel to call us a taxi to our car. We would visit again!

our best booking ever! the hotel is like in the pictures or even better, we had great terrace lake view. staff and service were the best and food very very good! we had breakfast and dinner 3 days and everything was tasty. we totally recommend!

Lovely hotel with an excellent service. They upgrated us without extra charge to a double room with a lake view which was absolutely great. Staff was extremely helpful and gave good advice to explore the area. Breakfast was tasteful. Room was cleaned every day during your breakfast which was very convenient. Super clean hotel, comfortable beds and cosy room. Thanks for making our stay perfect.
