Very spacious room with good air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. There was complimentary water in the fridge which was a life saver after a long day of traveling. There is a big garden where our dog could play. The receptionist recommended us a restaurant for dinner - it was a great experience, very tasty authentic Italian dishes.

This albergo is much better than expected. If you don't need a very modern place but a very correct place, where people are very friendly, rooms and bathrooms clean, this is a good place. And on top we had good food in their bar downstairs.

I had the pleasure of spending a few nights at Hotel Le Maginot, and I must say it was an absolutely enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable warmth and courtesy from the friendly and hospitable staff. The hotel is located in a peaceful and charming area, allowing its guests to enjoy a pleasant vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The building itself is a true architectural gem, with an elegant and refined design that harmoniously blends with the surrounding environment. The rooms at Hotel Le Maginot are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. They are equipped with all the modern amenities one would expect from a high-end hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and the staff takes care of every little detail to ensure a comfortable stay. Another highlight of this hotel is its exquisite cuisine. The restaurant offers a wide selection of delicious dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We were in transit, so just stopped for one night; the location was excellent in a highly memorable, beautiful environment, close to the highway, and easy to get there. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant was not open when we were there, but the staff suggested a place (La Locanda del Gusto) not too far, where we had a delicious dinner.

We are so greatful to have found this little gem and their wonderful hosts Cecilia and her sister Elisabeth. The B&B is situated in the beautiful countryside, just 15 minutes drive to the centre of Cremona. The interior is surprising and very cosy. From hand knitted flower bouquets, collection of wine bottles and musical instruments to very authentic farm like features. Wooden beams and old stoves. Our room was on the first floor. The room is spacious, light and modern with a private bathroom. Comfy bed, and very tidy and clean. I loved the drum kit bedside tables. Cool detail! Also there is a library-like area, with all sorts of trinklets. It feels a bit like a museum. There is a garden with a small swimming pool and if you get up early you might find the company of curious rabbits having breakfast. :) Speaking of breakfast: the breakfast is simple but perfect. Fresh fruits, yoghurts, some cold cuts and cheese, serials and delicious fresh warm eggs. A real treat are the home made Peruvian Alfajores cookies, made by Elisabeth. You get them for breakfast, but you can also buy them. (They make a wonderful gift!) The hosts are very warm and welcoming. I can really recommend this place and I would definitely come back if I have the chance.
