Definitely recommend! Very friendly and helpful owner who makes you feel at home! Beautiful and clean rooms with delicious fresh home made bakery in the morning. It is nice to notice the passion she has for providing hospitality to her guests. The village is also perfect if you enjoy a calm stay between mountains and/or go for hiking nearby

Our stay at Palazz8 in San Polo dei Cavalieri was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—not just by the beautiful surroundings, but also by Greta, who was incredibly friendly and responsive to all our questions. The apartment itself is a masterpiece, carefully restored over nearly 20 years by Greta’s father, Alessandro. What was once a ruin has been transformed into a stunning home, where every detail reflects craftsmanship, dedication, and love. The warmth of the wooden interiors and the thoughtful design made our stay truly special. Everything was spotless, and the apartment had all the necessary appliances, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town, with easy access to everything. Parking is on the street, but we never had any trouble finding a free spot. If you’re looking for a place with character, comfort, and a wonderful host, Palazz8 is the perfect choice. We felt lucky to be part of its story, even for a short while, and would absolutely return!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was large and spacious. The staff was a highlight of my experience—friendly, easy to communicate with, and he provided a thorough explanation of the jacuzzi facilities. Their swift response to my needs was truly helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything! The location, the decor and facilities in the apartment. Massimilano was so helpful and organised our airport transfer and even booked our restaurant for the first night and recommended places we could eat. He was quick and helpful with his responses when we had queries. The property is beautifully decorated and in the lost gorgeous location overlooking Villa d’Este which is a beautiful place to visit. Tivoli itself is stunning,,so much character. Lovely restaurants and kind people.
