We returned after 20 years to revisit the Pierro Della Francesca painting of the Resurrection. Stunning. The ancient town centre is very attractive with magnificent buildings and a good supply of restaurants and cafes. Like everywhere at the moment Covid is affecting business and tourism. I had a really great conversation with the main staff there on the history of the establishment and how a family runs this business. Although I have to say an electric kettle in the room was a bit old(bottom surface coming off), the room was clean and our needs were covered.
