The settings are beautiful. If you need to switch off this is the place to go. Francesca and her mum are very welcoming. Breakfast all homemade cakes by Francesca. The room very nice and clean. It has a lot of character. If you don't fancy leaving to go exploring you can either relax on the grounds or use the swimming pool. There is about 1.5km of rough road which is an adventure but it's all part of the fun! Any tourist, history or food questions you may have Francesca will answer. In your room you will find a booklet of towns, restaurants, and places to visit with a very detailed description.

The room was very nice, staff very helpful, breakfast was fantastic, and we were especially thankful that the hotel explained (in advance, by email) how to drive the the hotel, and then provided valet parking so our time negotiating tiny streets was kept to a minimum.

The place has been recently open. Every detail has been deeply studied and the result is an excellent experience. Really a special place! Also the breakfast was excellent with option gluten free. The personnel is exceptionally gentle, the perception is that they are proud of working there, which is a clear signal of the attention paid to the wellbeing starting from the staff.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. At the restaurant, they accommodated every special request without hesitation. The receptionists did their absolute best to ensure our satisfaction. The perfect hide-out to relax. The calm surroundings and generous pool allows you to calm down in the summer heat. Not far from the Orvieto station; easy access to the bus or train to the old town of Orvieto or to the long distance trains which will bring you to Rome. Super kind staff! Leaving our luggage after check out was no problem and they always tried to make the very best out of our stay. Breakfast was amazing as well; fresh coffee or tea, a great range of Italian (sweet) breakfast options as well as more common options (bread, cheese, cereals, etc.).
