Quaint well kept apartment on the street at ground floor level!. Minimal noise in October, at least. Very comfortable bed and ample bathroom with plenty of hot water. Did not cook but kitchen well stocked. 30 metres from main square. And a short hop to the wonderful lake Trasimeno.Would def stay again.

We were welcomed so graciously and kindly! A little extra surprise and special touch was wine and chocolate waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment itself was very well stocked and even nicer than the photos. The view was the absolute best part - beyond our expectations! We had an incredible stay!

Location is easy walking distance to grocery, restaurants, greenspace. The historic area is in the hills so great for walking work out if you wish to travel to the lake or lower parts of the town. The ceiling fans worked well to cool off the home. Fantastic hosts. Great stay!

    This is not a busy tourist town.

    This is not a busy tourist town. It is a nice quiet place on a hill looking out over the surrounding countryside and lovely lake. The main square has a cafe / bar where you can enjoy an expresso and watch the world go by. Some really good restaurants like the Osteria dell'accademia and Ristorante vecchio mulino. Also for a great breakfast, Sandwich or Pizza try Bar Hannibal. Its a great local bar very friendly and reasonable. Also next to one of the supermarkets so you can stock up and have a relaxing lunch.

    The home was gorgeous with a perfect remodel of the inside. Views are fantastic and it’s very close to other historic cities. Definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a beautiful getaway.

    This is a wonderful quiet place with beutiful gardens which are immaculatly kept by the very friendly owner. The rooms are very well kept and we arrived to a complementary bottle of wine and other goodies. If your from UK or Ireland then there is just 1 channel on the TV but its such a pretty town why would you be stuck infront of a TV. There are 2 decent grocery stores nearby and some wonderful restaurants and bars. The best part is its still not too touristy.

    We attended a wedding at Villa Baroncino. This was a great base. Plenty of space. Could spread ourselves. Make lunch or brekkie if we wanted. Loved going to the Joker Bar for brekkie- absolute bargain. Worth walking up into town. Patrizio and Maria excellent- went above and beyond. So helpful. Everyone in the village was lovely. It isn’t luxurious. It isn’t a hotel. It’s a home. We loved it.

    The location and the view of Lake Trasimeno was sensational. We loved the modern facilities of the cottage. We enjoyed the history walk around the nearby countryside. This accomodation is perfect if you have a car.

    The hotel is located in very calm place, which is bonus if you want tranquil stay. Loved the views and staff were super lovely. Amazing small spa, was perfect! Amazing breakfast!
