The location was perfect - right in the centre of Orta San Giulio, with a stunning view from the restaurant and terrace. The staff were very helpful - we were able to leave our bags when we arrived until we could check in and were shown to the terrace and restrooms and to our room. They also communicated with our taxi driver over the phone to arrange a pick up location as the main square is closed to vehicles.

The staff was terrific, the food was delicious, the lake wasn't overly touristy, and our large room was really nice. There is a sandy beach, a snack bar(with adult + beverages),an ice-cream cart, and water-based activities.

The view is fantastic (out of this world). Indeed, I picked the hotel because of images I saw of the lake and looking where they were taken. The staff was professional and friendly. The restaurant served a good meal and they were considerate of my wife's dietary limitations. The room was of an adequate size and very clean. We stayed for only one night at the end of a trip along the lakes, but we could easily have stayed longer.

The location in the main piazza of Orta San Giulio was fantastic. Our little balcony overlooked the piazza and the lake. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Very unique having an enormous shower in the room rather than the bathroom. The breakfast was a bonus, and had a large variety of fresh foods. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.
