I had the pleasure of staying at Beirut Hotel 2 New for 4 nights in May 2025, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home. I had to make a change to my original booking, and they kindly accommodated it without any extra charge—something I truly appreciated. The manager, Osama, is fantastic—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The receptionist, Homam, was also incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with anything I needed during my stay. His local knowledge and hospitality made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh options and a cozy setting. And the view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking—you can see the entire Old City center, which makes for a magical start and end to each day. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city with stunning views and outstanding service, I highly recommend Beirut Hotel 2 New. The entire staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Marwan ( manager), Rami( excursions and driver), Nour(reception), and Meshal( housekeeping).Rami was exceptional and instrumental in every way possible. He drove us to amazing places throughout Jordan and educated us in every location. His knowledge and choices of delicious restaurants is excellent! He was a perfect, positive, friendly addition to our time in Jordan and made the entire trip even more memorable. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. Staff were very helpful, place was clean and easy to find. Walking distance to the Roman Theatre, the Citadel, and lots of great restaurants close by. We liked the place so much we went back for another night there after tripping around. Wifi was good.
