The entire staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Marwan ( manager), Rami( excursions and driver), Nour(reception), and Meshal( housekeeping).Rami was exceptional and instrumental in every way possible. He drove us to amazing places throughout Jordan and educated us in every location. His knowledge and choices of delicious restaurants is excellent! He was a perfect, positive, friendly addition to our time in Jordan and made the entire trip even more memorable. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. The room was pretty comfortable and well-maintained even though it was small. The location is in the middle of the bustling, somewhat loud, shopping area and close to all the main attractions in the city. But what made this a great stay was the staff. They were extremely friendly and welcoming and went out of their way for any requests.

Breakfast very good, location only a few minutes walk from the start of rainbow street (I recommend walking this way to go downtown), staff are fantastic and the hotel is very comfortable. The hotel is very peaceful, we did not hear any noise. Great view of the city from the roof terrace.
