Wonderful intimate camp in the middle of the desert. The location is secluded, and makes you feel like you have all of the desert to yourself. Some other camps we saw were massive and next to each other, but this one was special. The room was clean, comfortable and modern with amazing windows for the best views - even at night we slept with the curtain open to enjoy the silent landscape. The food cooked by Mr. Kamal was delicious and there was soooo much food (buffet style)! We specified that we were vegetarian and had no problems accommodating our requests. There is unlimited water and tea available at all times which is great There is also wifi - but best to stay disconnected and enjoy the surroundings. Mohammed was great! He picked us up from the centre and all was well communicated in advance. He is a great and welcoming host, and we loved talking to him and learning a lot about the Bedouin lifestyle. We did a quick sunset tour and a sunrise tour and these were great - always off the beaten path. Breakfast buffet was also very rich with a good compromise of sweet and savoury. I will always have beautiful memories of my stay in the desert (they also have a sandboard for free if you would like to try it)

Loved every bit of our stay, waking up to an incredible view and peace, the delicious meals where we discovered local specialties, the kindness and generosity of everyone in the team (Salem Mohammad Saeed Marwan(s) Alex thank you so much for this wonderful stay), the perfect organisation which allowed us to fully relax (and the funnest most interesting guides Ayman and Abou Fahd), every detail of that place is perfectly curated. It is difficult to give it justice it all felt like a dream. Highly recommended!

The location was increadible, very quiet and far from other camps. We also loved our guide and the jeep tour we did. Everyone was really helpful and friendly, if you have any idea for a tour that you would like to do/activity text them and they will help out. Before booking I compare with many other places and the prices are way lower than other places with a way better quality. We simply loved our stay!

The camp was amazing. Facilities were very good; clean tents, a nice community tent and above all the extremely friendly staff that does everything to make the guests at ease! They offer very nice tours that I would definetly recommend and the dinner is tasty traditional bedouin food. 10/10 recommend!

Rum Stars Camp experience was amazing for us. We stayed in the Executive Suite with a breathtaking view, spacious room, comfortable bathroom. We really enjoyed the terrace! The dinner was really tasty and the stuff was welcoming and nice. We took the trip through Wadi Rum desert with them and I would really recommend it!

Staying at Ahmed Camp and touring with Guide Ahmed was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine — we were welcomed with traditional tea, smiles, and a deep sense of care. The camp was clean, well-organized, and beautifully set in the heart of the desert. The tents were comfortable and authentic, and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the traditional Bedouin dishes. Guide Ahmed is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He shared stories about the desert, took us on breathtaking jeep tours, and always made sure we felt safe and happy. His passion for the land and his people made the experience feel personal and meaningful. Watching the sunset and stargazing in total silence were moments I’ll never forget. I highly recommend Ahmed Camp to anyone looking for a real and memorable Wadi Rum adventure — it's more than a trip, it’s a truly special journey.

Camp Experience Review Reception & Hospitality: The camp's reception area (majlis) was welcoming and warm, reflecting true Bedouin hospitality. The seating was comfortable, and traditional tea and coffee were served generously. The atmosphere felt authentic and inviting. Rooms: The rooms were clean and well-prepared. Beds were comfortable and the ventilation was good. Basic amenities such as towels and soap were provided. A few additional touches like a mirror or more hangers could enhance the comfort level. Staff & Service: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always available, responded quickly to requests, and made us feel like part of the family. Their hospitality was sincere and made a big difference in the experience. Jeep Tours: The jeep tour was one of the highlights of the stay. The driver was professional and knowledgeable, stopping at scenic spots and explaining the history and nature of the area. It was a fun and memorable adventure suitable for all ages. Overall Impression: A wonderful experience for anyone looking to enjoy the desert, relax, and feel truly welcomed. The balance between comfort and cultural authenticity was just right.     I like the evening keep tour, chasing sunset. I like buffet breakfast and delicious dinner. My favourite was the stargazing and bonfire. I love staying in the camp, I feel like in my own home. It was fabulous experience. We wanted to stay longer.

    Stayed for one night, the scenery view is amazing.

    Stayed for one night, the scenery view is amazing. We booked with Charlotte Luxury Camp and the host was very attentive—he reached out to coordinate my arrival and personally came to pick me up. From the pickup point, he kindly drove me to the final destination, which was the desert camp. Along the way, he explained the different activities available, whether to explore the desert or simply enjoy the sunset. His hospitality was excellent. The camp environment at night was especially well-organized. The fire added a warm and magical ambiance that truly enhanced the whole experience. The staff responsible for meals put in noticeable effort—both dinner and breakfast were homemade, flavorful, and delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. I really liked it and would definitely recommend it.

    You can't be disappointed.Wadi rum gives you the opportunity to touch your limits and break them. Red sand is magic All the "drawings" that wind made on the rocks are outstanding.. You can sleep under a stary sky and relax without annoying sounds

    Wadi Rum is an unforgettable experience! The desert landscapes are breathtaking—towering red rocks, vast sand dunes, and incredible silence that makes you feel completely at peace. We did a sunset jeep tour which was absolutely magical, and sandboarding on the dunes was a fun and unique experience. The colors of the sky during sunset were unreal. Even just sitting outside under the night sky was a special moment. If you're visiting Jordan, Wadi Rum is a must-see destination that shows you the raw beauty of nature.

    Stunning.

    Stunning. The peace and tranquility is a rare find in the ever busy world most of us live in. Take the opportunity to go on one, or more, of the guided tours. We stayed with Bedouin Nights and experienced a jeep tour with them. I can’t rate them highly enough.

    Camp is perfectly located beneath huge desert rocks, with amazing view on the desert. Food was wonderful, staff and owner so helpful, with direct contact even before we even arrived to Jordan. Camp had all good facilities, cleanliness tip top.. we took 4 hours jeep tour and visited many sights, drank beduin tea, enjoyed the desert. If you go to Wadi Rum, book this camp without hasitation!

    The Rum under the stars Camp is the best place to enjoy the Wadi Rum desert and all its beauty. Rooms are brandly new and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. They offer great tours through the desert and a delicious bedouin dinner. The stuff is very nice, always available and makes you feel welcomed. The night at the Rum under stars is gonna be an unforgettable experience!

    Salman is extremely hospitable and his people, they will do anything to please you, our bungalow was cleaner than some hotels in Jordan, extremely reasonable price, the camp is located inside the wadi rum desert in a great place, we stayed for two nights... I can arrange a jeep for you tour and camel riding....all the praises for Salman!!!

    Amazing place to stay when travelling trough Jordan! Atmosphere, location and hospitality are great 😊 The camp is the furthest in the desert, which is awesome. Would definitely recommend! Also, the whole day jeep tour was the best way to discover Wadi Rum.
