We were quite taken aback by how nice the rooms were in this hotel. We had more room than pretty much any other hotel we stayed in while in Japan! This made it great value for money.

Excellent hotel. New modern rooms with lots of space ! Close proximity to the train station and canals. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast was good. Could do with some more western options. How ever this is a very minor gripe.

It is conveniently located. Just a 2 min walk from JR Otaru station. Donki is also 2 mins away across the road from the station, and the canal no more than a 5 min walk straight downhill. There were lots of places to eat around us too.
