Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The meals are convenient. Dining room staff super friendly and helpful. This is the second occasion when rooms were sold out on my desired dates, and both times I was notified of a cancellation that allowed me to stay the desired dates. 1) Amazing staff, they are polite and friendly despite most of them not English speaking but will do their best to connect with their guests. Room is clean and functional. Good for a short stay for a solo traveller. Coffee machine available at reception!

Very central if you take a train. It has parking so it was great for us. They have restaurant around the hotel but you probably need to drive across the river to a more bustling place for supermarket, groceries and restaurant. We were her for the May Golden week, so some place might be closed.
