The room was absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed the tour of the soy sauce factory, it’s clear there is a great passion and a rich culture in the area, and squeezing our own soy sauce was fun! The staff were so amazing and friendly, even though they didn’t speak much English they went above and beyond to help with translating and making us feel welcome. This was a wonderful experience and a great place to stay.

I booked last minute during a particularly busy time, so even though the hotel was a bit far from Nara, especially traveling with luggage on public transport, I was happy to get it. The room was nice and the hotel's location, close to the train station and a shopping area full of food options made it very convenient.

Such an amazing stay, we had a car so it was much easier. Everything about the venue and set up and the amazing restaurant and supermarket next door with tons of beautiful local craft and produce unique to the prefecture

Wonderful stay at this B&B in Kashihara! The owners were incredibly kind, even taking me cherry blossom viewing in Asuka Village. The location is quiet yet convenient, with a supermarket and convenience store nearby. I borrowed a bicycle from the owner to explore charming Imai-chō village with its beautiful old buildings and cafes and shops - a highlight of my trip! From Miwa Station, it's easy to hike the historic Yamanobe-no-michi trail to Tenri. Loved that too.

This was the most calming, beautiful and clean guesthouse! We only stayed one night and when we got to the house we were so sad we didn’t book longer!!! The host is so kind and clean! Our room was amazing, clean, the toilet and bathroom are modern - it’s a traditional but modern and warm house - and I loved the common area/living room. Everything we needed was provided, from tea to towels. It’s a great location for exploring the lower, less touristy parts of Japan, but simply beautiful!!!! shares Nara. I hope we can stay here again when we visit Japan again. (Original) This was the most calming, beautiful and pure guesthouse! We only stayed one night and the moment we came to the house we were so sad we didn’t book longer!!! The host is so kind and pure! Our room was amazing, clean, the toilet and bathrooms are modern - it's a traditional but modern and warm house - and I loved the shared space / living room. Everything we needed was provided, from tea to towels. It's a great location for exploring lower, less touristy but just gorgeous!!!! parts of Nara. I hope we can stay here again, when we visit Japan another time.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and kind! My friend and I were picked up from the Tanzan shrine station where we were awaited with a driver. When we had to go home they also drove us to the station for free. The price for our room was very low and it was really clean and nice. We had a nice view of the mountains and the nature!
