To be honest, I was a little weary of this place since the reviews all stated it was a former love hotel and I was traveling with my family of 5. The price and the location convinced me to give it a try and I am glad I did. The room was huge and had plenty of space for us all. The Disney themed bathroom was a cute touch. It was a short walk to a 7/11 and some restaurants, which was very helpful. I can recommend this place as safe and clean for families!

It's a sentral hotell close to everything you need. The breakfast was wonderful, and the view from the 11th and 12th floor was amazing. You could see all of Wakayama city.

The location is near porto europe and hamanomiya Beach, where it was our main destination. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were kind and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view of the ocean was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I truly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely love to come back again

    Theres was not any people around.

    Theres was not any people around. Several shops were closed. it was helpful that the hotel staff assisted us calling a taxi but otherwise it was its quite a challenge to call a taxi & converse with a Japanese dispatch staff.
