The receptionist was amazing. It was late at night and my Uber eats wasn't working. I also wasn't able to call and place an order for food because of the language barrier. The woman at the front desk was able to call and place an order for myself and my pregnant wife. We are very grateful for her outstanding service.

Very child friendly hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable wide double beds. We had a step stool provided in our room for our toddler, as well as little slippers and a little toothbrush. Breakfast was excellent with Western and Japanese variety. Conveniently located close to Disneyland and DisneySea with regular shuttle buses. There’s also a Lawson downstairs which is open 24/7. Best hotel we stayed in Tokyo!

To get to the hotel you have to take the train to Shin- Uruyasu Station and head out to the main exit and go to the bus station in front of a mall. The bus station you are looking for to align is beipaku which at least 3 buses route covers them. Align the bus you will have walk a short distance to the hotel It feels like a safe neighbourhood to walk. There is free shuttle bus to disneyland. The room was spacious. The toiletries in the bathroom are the good quality ones and they provide pyjamas for the guests. I also love the fact that they have shoes dryer and deodorant spray in the room. On the way to the hotel our shoes got wet and stinky and the spray and shoes dryer saved our day.
