Even so I stayed only one night, I felt felt really welcomed from the first step in the Hotel. The owner was very friendly and warm. They cooked a very good dinner for me. After a perfect and silent night in the very cozy bed. I enjoyed a great breakfast before I was driven by car to the bus station by the owner. I can absolutely recommend this place.

The property is perfect for a snow holiday, large warm rooms and close to the lifts. The staff are absolutely fabulous nothing is a problem. The hosts Lisa and Stewart are the most warm welcoming people you would ever meet. We felt like family and were very sad leaving.

Masa and the staff at Hotel Madam Mirei were so lovely! They helped us feel very welcome and ensured we had all we needed. The room was sufficient and wonderfully warm after a day in the snow. The hot pot dinner they provide in the restaurant is exceptional and delicious too! The snow gear and boards were all in great condition and they supplied everything we needed to go snowboarding/skiing on the slopes at the hotel. Good value for money and would definitely come back here again next time we're in Madarao.

We had a fantastic stay! The ski area and rental shop are right nearby, and the onsen was beautiful. Delicious meals, kind staff, and easy access from the station made it even better. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. Hosts were very nice, and very helpful getting me set up for skiing on the hill. The location is pretty hard to beat as you are right on the hill. Breakfast was ideal before skiing. All in all it was a great stay.
