The Shuri castle was under reconstruction. However, it was extremely interesting to see the details of the reconstruction effort, and how it was originally built. Naha is a small city.
Naha is a small city. You can visit all the main spots by walking and public transportation. Surrounded by ocean, Naha's restaurants can offer very qualified Sushi and sashimi. However, you shall pay attention to the weather as Naha rains a lot, which could ruin the day. If you want to do sea diving, you may need to plan early.Guest review byIchikaChina - 8.0

It is good for 3 days in Naha to see most of the attractions, shirujo castle though the main entrance Hall is actually a 3-D Painting Photo because the actual is still under re-construction, Okinawa world, the fish markets and kokusai street, shikinaen Garden, Senaga island, Sefa-Utaki and half hour drive to American Village. The rooftop pools is amazing, and the jacuzzi is a bonus! The breakfast spread went overboard with a huge variety of foods to please every kind of taste. And the front desk personnel are super helpful, letting me store one suitcase for a few days at no charge, while I visited other islands near Okinawa. There was an area with free drink machines for hot and cold drinks and a freezer with free ice cream; vanilla, mango and sweet potato. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a room with self service washing machine (300 yen) and dryer (100 yen). The hotel was in a quieter part of the centre. We could easily walk to kokusai dori where there were lots of souvenir shops. The beach and temple were not far on foot. The breakfast was ok. We had a long drive from North of Okinawa, from Motobu to Naha is about 100 mins drive so all these small details were greatly appreciated.
