Typical Japanese hotel. Staff is most welcoming. Bathroom is small, but that is the Japanese standard. Everything else was fine.

The rooms themselves were great. Staff was nice. The area is really nice, so we liked staying there. I wish I had gotten a package with breakfast at least.

If you ever plan on visiting Nasu Animal Kingdom, this is the perfect stay for you. 15 minute walk to Kuroiso Station, which gives you direct access to Nasushiobara Station. The hosts are very kind and friendly. The holiday house is also perfect for families, it is a big and traditional Japanese home. Conbini's and restaurants are nearby. I hope to visit again next year, but with a longer stay this time!
