This was an exceptional experience in the Kiso valley , food was excellent and so interesting. The chef explained each course , also the manager took me on a day trip to Narai-juku which was so good . This experience is like staying in some one’s home. The hospitality was very good and much appreciated by myself as an older person travelling alone.

Hotel is next to the train station, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. The lady at the reception tried her best to explain everything to me even though she doesn't speak perfect English.

It is a calm, soothing and serene place to stay. there is a public bathroom if you prefer to have a soak in a big space. Soaking in a hot bath means a good night sleep. the breakfast provided was excellent. I feel i have been pampered.

Lovely place with lots of charm, just a 10 minute walk from the station. Very convenient translation tablet/app at the front desk so you can communicate with the host. Room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable!

Excellent hotel, breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. Very comfortable stay and good service. No parking space in front of lobby but helpful front desk staff helped us to bring in luggage quickly. Room is clean. Definitely my first choice to stay again.
