Charming little hostel on the island with a laid-back atmosphere - very clean, well organised and relaxed space to enjoy the beautiful island with friends. I came when it wasn’t so busy, but the owners were very helpful with gear rental & suggestions for the island. Don’t hesitate!

The restaurant here was delightful. Eating fabulous food, overlooking the sea, watching the sunset. Who could want more? Breakfast, lunch & dinner were all excellent and such good value too. The reliable public bus stops at the entrance doors & meets the inbound flights - very convenient. We would stay again if in Kumejima. We were lucky to be staying during a two-day "festival". We thoroughly enjoyed sampling local craft beer & regional foodie treats. Thank you for a wonderful ending to our tour of Japan!

Tom and Rimi were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. I was able to experience raising cows and enjoyed my time there even though I was traveling alone.

The room is big and clean. The family is cute and the kids are so nice. Although we have some language problems, they are willing to help. They also recommend some spots to explore on the island. It is so great to stay there.
