Authentic hotel despite being a few years old. Completely unique service that we cannot fault. The breakfast alone is a strong reason to visit the hotel. We would have stayed longer, had we known the quality of the hotel.

EVERYTHING. It is definitely a Japanese "business hotel" but with the attention to details of high-end hotel! Super clean, efficient and had everything you need in a short-term stay. Bed was a bit on the harder side but you know what they say firm bed is better than soft. Overall I can't praise enough of this space. Best part??? Breakfast! I wouldn't swap my morning sleep with anything else but I did for the breakfast they serve! Amazing overall!!!!

Check-in and check-out were really smooth. The owner was very kind with providing coffee on arrival and letting me keep my baggage in the property for a little while on the day of check-out while I toured Narita.
