From arrival to departure, everything and everyone was exceptional. We felt so cared for and so well supported. Everything. right by the station and a short walk to the castle and train museum. really spacious, modern rooms, including a desk and small seating area. the onsen was great and the breakfast was excellent quality. I had a great view of the castle from my window. the reception were really kind and friendly. I will definitely be back here.
