1. All hotel staff are very friendly. 2. The receptions can communicate in English, so foreign travelers won’t have any communication issues. 3. The location is excellent, very close to popular attractions and the monorail station. 4. The room is very clean, with modern decor and good facilities. 5. Location was wonderfully located at the heart of Kokusaidori. You are able to walk to both stops of Yui monorail lines (prefectural office and Miebashi). Also able to walk to Makishi market. Lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Very clean and spacious rooms with great facilities (coin laundry and access to private lounge). Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Staff are all very friendly even though there might be a language barrier, they tried their best to communicate.
