The room was spacious and had a nice big balcony. The kitchen had a big fridge, toaster and microwave as well as some cooking utensils. The beds were super comfy so we slept well the entire time.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hamahiga Hotel and cafe. The whole family were so kind and welcoming. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The scenery was so beautiful and our rooms were lovely. We would definitely book again!

I really liked it here! The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The common areas are very large and I like spending time there. The accommodation is also perfect for all kite surfers, the spot is only a 10-minute walk away and you have the option of storing your equipment in the sheltered courtyard. Really highly recommended! I'd love to come back :)

The house is so gorgeous for me and my family. There are so many hotels, hostels in Okinawa. But this one just makes me and my family a really unforgettable, wonderful holidays. The living room quite good, and good for dad, our brothers to watch TV or just lying on the coach. And our mom, aunts, also grandma were so excited to the kitchen. It is so great and fancy that they keep talking the kitchen. They really look into it!! And there are two toilets which separately on the first and second floor. The second one is separated from the shower room. So that is another good facility in this house by the way. One is in the shower room, and someone else can use the toilet at the same time. No need to say those bedroom, only PERFECT!! nothing else. And one more interesting thing is, we didn’t expect the date we checked in is as similar as Escape Room. But it is more like how to find and get into the house. We felt like getting younger to be so happy, joyful and purely playing the game!

    Like all cities in Okinawa the brutalism design of all houses is due to the fact that typhoons hit this islands every year. Sometimes several times a month. Therefore, cities have this strange feeling of being empty of activities, life. But it is not the case. As a matter of fact I would advise to make sure that your holidays don't fall during japanese holidays as it would be a real challenge to find a place to eat, a hotel or even enjoy activities like diving without being surrounded with crowds of people. That said, having a car is essential and driving around Okinawa was a real pleasure.
