Lovely place, ideal with family and kids. Rooms were cleaned, they always asked if we wanted our nets mosquito sprayed. Staff (especially Joffrey and Jeff) were especially very kind and helpful. Also we really appreciated that the owner, Stacey has managed to arrange a last minute transfers from Mombasa Airport and late dinner, when our pre-arranged transfer declined after a flight delay. We arrived super tired and hungry, so that dinner saved lives. :) The general breakfast was nice, portions were enough. The view and closeness of the beach and sea is amazing, we would return to this place at any give moment! High recommended! Thank you!

Very friendly and hospitable staff, clean rooms and facilities, amazing views of the ocean, serene and private. Antonia (host) was always on hand to assist in case of any issues and easily reachable and went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Small extra touches such as daily change of flowers in the rooms, new fruits placed in the fridge every day was so thoughtful and much appreciated. The food was always freshly made and the candlelit night dinner by the pool was so romantic and enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boxo Hotels in Diani, Galu Beach, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The property’s cleanliness was truly impressive, with every corner sparkling and well-maintained. The staff at Boxo Diani were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Shilingi, in particular, stood out with their exceptional service and warm demeanor. The entire team demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The unique container eco-hotel concept adds a charming touch to the experience, with comfortable and well-designed rooms that offer excellent insulation from the heat. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Galu Beach, allowing for easy access to the stunning coastline. The hotel’s amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and on-site restaurant, further enhanced the stay. The pool area was clean and inviting, providing a refreshing retreat after a day at the beach. Overall, Boxo Hotels in Diani, Galu Beach offers a delightful combination of cleanliness, friendly service, and a prime location. A true haven of peace! The hotel Lalagalu is simply perfect! This thanks to a staff both very discreet and very attentive. The entire team is extremely polite, very caring and all this with a sincere smile continuously. A big thank you to all for this very relaxing stay we needed on arrival! You met all our expectations and even more. I also tried the lemon scrub which was a real moment of relaxation and pleasure. The masseuse was very delicate and attentive to my well being. The reception team was always very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Finally the Chief Johan is really gifted and all our meals were so so delicious !! The hotel itself is very original very well located, 50 meters from a beautiful beach. The pool is also nice, design and clean! The pool is also nice, design and clean! Sunbathing on top and very comfortable. The room is always super clean, design and very pretty. The decor is a subtle mix of wood, cement and local materials. I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The owners were friendly, and we felt right at home. The villa was cleaned daily, and it is the best spot on Diana Beach for a great vacation. Everything is conveniently located nearby: the beach, Carrefour, countless tuk-tuks, and a cafe (pallet cafe) with fresh food and drinks. Additionally, there is a regularly cleaned private pool for guests to enjoy.
