This is a fantastic boutique hotel that offers a home away from home feeling. The room was spotless, the garden was a real treat and I particularly appreciated the hammock! The standout factor is the staff who are friendly, helpful and super professional. I will definitely be staying again on my next visit.

A safe haven in the lush part of Nairobi. Quiet, comfortable, and cool. There was no real need to leave the place. A great gym, pool and two restaurants serving delicious food. Great decor, in particular in the downstairs bar from Upepo restaurant. Absolutely fabulous!

Everything, my Kenyan people are the kindest in the world. They make you feel welcomed and taken care of. I had my 3 kids and they enjoyed everything. The free shuttle ride to Village market, makes things so easy when you just want to go out shopping. The breakfast was amazing. I recommend this hotel to families with small kids or multigeneratinal kids. I will definetly be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Nairobi for my wedding anniversary in Westlands, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's modern design and welcoming atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the city. I particularly enjoyed the amenities, including the fitness center and the rooftop swimming pool restaurant, which served mesmerizing and delicious barbecue meals. The property was amazing for the value , the staff were amazing all throughout the stay and very nice.
