Very nice family, kind and welcoming people!

We were traveling around Issyk-Kul Lake with our three young children, searching for a quiet and beautiful place to stay. When I came across Taberik, I was initially hesitant — the place had no reviews, and traveling with kids, comfort is our top priority. But the location looked so stunning that I decided to take a chance. And I’m so glad I did — Taberik exceeded all our expectations. We were warmly greeted by Meyrambek, the owner, who welcomed us with tea and cookies and shared that they had just opened for their very first season. The entire place is brand new and built with great attention to detail. The setting is breathtaking: nestled at the foot of a mountain, surrounded by untouched nature, with yurts and cozy cabins scattered across the land. The cabins have heating, hot water, and high-speed internet via Starlink, which was a pleasant surprise given the remote location. The interiors are thoughtfully designed — wooden furniture, natural materials, spotless cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere. You can immediately feel that a lot of care, resources, and investment went into creating this place. We passed by several other guesthouses along the way, and honestly, none of them came close to Taberik. It’s truly a different level of comfort and beauty. There’s also a stunning waterfall nearby, adding to the magic of the place. This location touched my heart so deeply that I couldn’t resist writing this review — and I don’t do that often. Amazing and breathtaking place that has everything in it 🩷Jurta is in a quiet place in the woods but not far from the village. You are surrounded by nature, a flowing river, horses and cows grazing in the pastures in front of the yurt and we had a beautiful view of the red rocks. An absolutely peaceful place that will never be forgotten. The yurt itself is great, just the right size and everything you could wish for, the owners have really thought of everything- kitchenette, all the essentials- perfect equipment, comfortable chairs, comfortable bed, table, mirror- wow, wow, wow.The social load is extra outside the yurt and everything is great, hot water, flush toilet, really comfort that we did not expect 🙂 On arrival I got lunch and dinner in the back of the building in the village and breakfast was fine too. People are very nice and helpful, I highly recommend them to everyone. It's made with heart😍 We spent two wonderful days in the yurt, thank you :)

We liked everything. The staff and owners are very kind, english-speakers, they make your stay very nice and help with lot of recommendations. They rent bikes to guest (don’t ride to the lake is way too far). Food is amazing, the best we tried in all country. The rooms are big with extremely clean private bathrooms. Common areas to relax are incredible, small pool, sauna, terraces, yurtcamp…The place is surrounded by amazing nature and you can walk to Jeti Oguz highlights or ride horses, bicycles or taxi. Is 2km far from supermarket and bank machine. The food they cook there is the best we have tried in all country and with vegetarian options.

The yurt camp is amazing. Located in beautiful valley far away from the civilization you can really connect with nature and relax. The authentic experience you will have there will help you to learn about the Kyrgyz culture and way of living. The dinner and breakfast were perfect! The host was very helpful and tried to comfort us all the time. Recommend it!

Nuray and her family and lovely and always trying to cover all your needs. Their home fullfils all expectations, with many small details base on local design. Great breakfast

Very comfortable stay, I was able to fully relax. The family is very friendly and looked after my bag during my two days of hiking. The breakfast is also excellent! The stay is definitely worth it!

Owner was very kind and spoke perfect English and Turkish. Our room was relatively large, very clean and newly furnished. Breakfast was plenty and diverse as well. The owner kindly kept our car in the property while we were at Altyn Arashan for three days as well.
