Good location, close to the metro and train station. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was warm and clean. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The hotel stuff was very helpful.

Ive stayed in a lot of hotels over the years this was THE BEST HOTEL by far, in terms of value for money, location, facilities, staff, location just PERFECT book it you will not be disappointed, 10 out of 10. Beautiful hotel in Almaty, located close to the touristic sites. The metro station is an easy 10-minute walk. The rooms, restaurants, and staff were awesome! The views of the snowcapped mountains were great! The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The main lobby is undergoing renovations, but when finished, it will be amazing.
