New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

The Hotel/Hostel «Nazar» is nice hotel. Everything was nice. The perfect place from which to explore Turkistan city. Very modern, comfortable and warm room. Great TV, electric sockets to charge for devices and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and good people. I love hospitality Turkistan. The Hotel/Hostel «Nazar» is very central within easy reach of Karavan Saray, Library Farab, eating places, buses and etc. Great location, great service, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

All was good.. the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was good and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go and we had a great view of the mausoleum from our room.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This is a brand-new and beautifully designed hotel with fresh furniture, spotless bedding, and modern bathroom fixtures. The location is quiet, clean, and very convenient. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety! The staff were outstanding — any question or issue was resolved within 1–2 minutes, always with a smile. We will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended to everyone looking for comfort and quality!

What an excellent hotel and what an excellent manager! Rooms were spotless, breakfast was more than satisfying and the service was more than I was expecting. Hamed did everything, from my day trip to Sauran to the booking of my shared taxi to Symkent. Overall a reassuring experience!

Royal Grand Hotel is a fabulous hotel which you must stay in when visiting Turkistan. We arrived early after getting the overnight train and we were allowed check in which was greatly appreciated. Hamid at reception spoke excellent English and couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. He put us in touch with a driver to bring us to the ruins of Sauron at a very reasonable price. The room itself was spacious and extremely comfortable. The WiFi worked well and the shower was clean and hot. The hotel is a very short walk to the Mausoleum and the local sights. I would certainly stay here again and recommend anyone visiting to stay as well.
