Really clean , aircon , great location with wonderful views , staff were super helpful and breakfast, with coffee was lovely. Bed was the comfiest in Laos , great location if you are doing the Thakhek loop

Free hot and cold water, friendly staff, delicious food and beautiful area, we booked a double bed with shared bathroom but they gave us one with private bathroom,it was amazing, we enjoyed of this quiet place too much.
