I slept in the dorm room, so for me it was a hostel kind of situation, and I must honestly say that did not feel like a typical hostel in any moment. Everything is thought of like slippers for the bathroom, the bed is as comfortable as you can dream of and the host makes you feel extremely welcome. The location adds to that, lovely spot, right below the view point, so perfect for a short sunrise hike. Definitely recommend staying there, wish I could have stayed longer!

I had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner was also very welcoming. I ordered a meal during my stay and it was delicious. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, which made it very convenient. Highly recommend!

Quite Place with a good service. Balconies are there with lake view . Had an amazing time with at this place while they had some great foods we ordered dinner through there restaurant and it was delicious. Hoping to visit this hotel once again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The place is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The owner of Amansara Bungalow was extremely helpful and courteous. The Bungalow itself is at a great location with phenomenal views....and equipped with everything possible. Lastly, the Butler Gunasekara is an absolute asset and a gem of a person who is also a great cook.

The palace is very quiet and cozy it feels like home. Well located, very nice view, and garden. The food is very pleasant, the chef is very talented he made the food experience very good. We booked half-board (breakfast and dinner). The staff were very friendly, literally everyone even the planters guy’s. Everyone is smiling.
