I had the pleasure of staying at Farm Villa Resort in Katharagama for two nights, and it was a wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish! 🌿 From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and heartfelt. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. Special mention to the front office team – truly a gem in hospitality! The room was spacious, the bathroom was very big, and the overall comfort . The clean and inviting swimming pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the serene atmosphere. What makes Farm Villa Resort truly special is its beautiful location surrounded by nature. The resort is set amidst lush paddy fields, and there's a charming little lake flowing through the property, creating a peaceful, scenic environment ideal for rest and reflection. I enjoyed walking through the paddy fields, listening to the birds in the mornings, and even got to pick fresh fruits from the garden! 🍌🌾 It's also conveniently located – just a short walk to the sacred Kirivehera and Katharagama Dewalaya, making it perfect for both pilgrims and nature lovers.One of the biggest highlights was the full-day Yala Safari arranged by the hotel – an absolutely amazing adventure! 🐘🦁 We saw incredible wildlife, and everything was perfectly organized with a knowledgeable guide.The food was another standout. The traditional Sri Lankan dinner was flavorful and authentic, clearly made with care and love. The breakfast offered plenty of variety, and every meal was beautifully presented. The dining team was attentive and courteous, adding to the overall great experience.In summary, Farm Villa Resort offers far more than just a place to stay – it's a place to connect with nature, enjoy delicious food, and experience genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. The room was very spacious. The pool was big. The garden of the hotel was really nice. The breakfast was a great too, plenty of selecetion.

It's one of the best villas i have stayed at the staff was so friendly and they helped us and guided us through a lot.. the place is wonderful clean rooms and comfortable beds washrooms were also clean.. the balcony had a beautiful view couldn't ask for me definitely recommends this place it's wonderful

Very nice and welcoming place to stay. Very friendly, kind, supportive and caring staff. So much value for the money that we spent. We enjoyed Large bedroom with 2 large and comfortable beds with airconditioning facilities, attached bathroom with hot water facilities together with common kitchen, dining and living areas that gave us a wonderful and memorable country experience. I felt home in this inviting resort and I appreciate the loving staff who took care of us throughout our stay. Our experience is great in this precious resort.

Entrance little difficult, The Gate should be wide.

The room was spacious and clean. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have the pool to cool off in the afternoon. The hotel is in a convenient location near the temple and a grocery store. The Sri Lankan breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Can’t complain. It’s worth what I paid for.

Everything is very clean. An extremely large room and a bathroom that even has two sinks. Comfortable bads, nice swimming pool with small terase with few sunbeds. Breathtaking view to do lake.
