Clean relatively new had kitchenette with kettle toaster tea and coffee. Balcony on both sides.mosquiito net and possiblity of using washing machine. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, Yogurt ,egg and toast with tea/coffee. Manager Thushara very helpful and English very good. Walking distay to beach and silent beach. Good value for money.

New hotel, really very nice one, clean rooms, perfect shower, nice pool with towels, excellent staff (especially Momo), very helpful. Always willing to help, if you need more for breakfast, just ask;) They managed tuk-tuk for us, peeled fruit which we bought in the local market, also always willing to prepare sitting with glasses and ice cubes when having some own drinks. At the end they managed the transort by van to Mirissa when leaving. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel, strongly recommend. The best beach for swimming probably Tangalle Beach and Goyambokka with small nice local bars, seats and umbrellas for free when drinking and eating there.

It was great stay, I stayed overnight, comfortable, nice room amenities, beautiful hotel scenery and breakfast was great. It was a really stylish hotel, enjoyed a pool and there is also a small beach accessible from the hotel. I will visit again.

Manè is warm and very kind host. She made me feel at home, indeed!! The room was very bright clean and spacious, the service over the top! Beside of it, a very nice balcony with a sitting chilling area with sea view. Breakfast very high quality, homemade and big quantity and variety. Location is right in front of the beach and close to everything you might need.. Definitely my favourite place so far. I d have had more time to hang around just cause i felt so welcome and relaxed. At evening was alwas a pleasure to be back in my room and feeling so confortable. Such a nice sleeping everytime. Manè s son dropped me at the bus station and has very kind as well. Seriously i hope to be back and spend more time in this place, where i felt at home. Thank you Manè!!!!

I think this might be the best place I've stayed at in my travels, atleast in this price range. Staf are great, facilities excellent, garden pretty, location is out of the way but there is easy access by bike or tuktuk, pool is gorgeous and food is amazing (so no real need to go anywhere else). I really can't fault the place. Was sad to leave and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

Where do I start? From the second we arrived our host was there to help in every shape or form. Such an amazing family run accommodation,this once in a lifetime experience. We instantly extended our stay. Our Hobbit house was just fantastic in every way. Everything you need is inside. The bed!!!!! You could fit a small village on the bed 🤣. The bathroom was incredible, everything was supplied including, quality shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, lotions, hairdryer. By far the best accommodation we have stayed in on our 3 week journey of Sri Lanka. Our host even organised an early morning Kayak on the lake which is a 2 minute walk, which was less that 10euro for as long as you want. He also suggested the turtle sanctuary which is an easy walk to the beach. There we saw newly hatched turtles running into the sea, followed by numerous turtles laying there eggs, on a guided and strict tour. Overall PLEASE BOOK Igabara hobbit house, you definitely won't be disappointed xx

The bungalow was so lovely the furniture and decor was perfect for me a Balinese style. Great large terrace with sunbeds and a seating area. The pool was kept so clean and from it you had a view of the lagoon. Sunbeds also table and chairs to relax in by the pool. Only 10 bungalows on the resort. The beach is a short walk away with not a lot on it. If you walk a way there are a couple of hotels you can eat and drink at. Hardly anyone on the beach. Friendly helpful staff. There are other beaches 10 min drive away. We ate at the rezort a couple of times and the food was excellent. This was one of our favourite places we stayed at.

Loved, loved, loved staying here! It felt wery wild and natural! The owner is very accomodating and his family is super friendly. We first got the house in the first row by the sea, but our daughter and i could not sleep because the waves were so loud. So, the owner swapped us to a quieter tree house at the back. Many thanks for everything again!
