We are a family of 8 ranging from 4yrs to 82yrs old, 6 of us visiting from the UK, 2 joining from South Africa. We booked 3 rooms (2 triples and a double) and all 3 were fabulous. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and fresh. We had breakfast in the Tidal restaurant which had a good choice of foods and then a fabulous dinner outside by the pool bar. In between we took the complimentary city tour (coach tour offered by the hotel) which was excellent and a good way to see Colombo. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly and we highly recommend this property

Everything was spectacularly done. My partner and I don't usually stay in such luxurious places, but as our trip was ending, we wanted to indulge a little. ITC staff made us feel welcome and not at all out of place, which we had some fear about. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The breakfast is the most elaborate I've experienced at a hotel. Again, wonderful staff. Thank you to Ari, who is one of many kind restaurant staff.

Great place to stay. Super attentive and friendly manager and staff! Comfortable beds, big room and bathroom. The breakfast is amazing and they care about your diet needs. I stayed here after arriving to Sri Lanka to settle in and I can just recommend it.

As a female solo traveler, my experience at Zylan Boutique Hotel in Colombo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality, making me feel instantly welcome and safe in a foreign city. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was both spacious and immaculately clean. The room boasted great water pressure in the shower, and the bathroom amenities – including a dental kit and shower gel – were thoughtfully provided, which I greatly appreciated as I was traveling with hand luggage only. Breakfast at Zylan was a delight. The à la carte menu offered a variety of classic options, allowing me to choose from freshly prepared eggs, chicken sausage, or pork bacon, accompanied by crispy hash browns, a delightful fruit platter, and an assortment of breads with jams, oats, and cereals. There was certainly something for every palate, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The attentive service at Zylan Boutique Hotel truly stood out. The staff was not only friendly but also highly professional, providing stellar service that is worthy of a five-star rating. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. The hotel is situated in a calm area away from the hustle and bustle, which allowed me to enjoy some peaceful moments after a day of exploring Sri Lanka's vibrant culture. I wholeheartedly recommend Zylan Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Colombo, particularly for solo travelers. I enjoyed my time so much that I would come back immediately! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The building has recently been refurbished, so the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and modern. I stayed there on their second day of opening. If you're reading this review, definitely book a room here! You'll have a lovely relaxing stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Grannie’s House Villa. The villa is beautifully maintained, with thoughtfully designed interiors and modern fittings that make it both stylish and comfortable. Every corner of the space felt inviting, and it was clear that great care has gone into keeping it in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the games and recreational touches, which added such warmth and fun to our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home! a lovely space to relax and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!
