What a beautiful place ! The garden, the house, the location, the outlook, everything was wonderful to look upon. The stillness, the sound of the birds and the temple prayers. The team were incredible - so helpful and lovely to chat with. We became close with them during our stay. The food was exceptional- I don’t think we’ve eaten so well before on holiday.

We had such a nice welcome by the friendly owner. She made us feel at home and gave us such good service. As well as the staff. Our stay of one night was too short. We had an extremely nice view from our room on the mountains and train to Ella.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at badulla. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. This is such a wonderful place to stay on the Pekoe Trail! The host is lovely and made us feel very at home. Rooms are spacious and super clean, with amazing showers and very comfortable beds. We loved sitting outside watching the trains pull into the station. We had both dinner and breakfast here and both were fantastic.
