What a great accommodation! There are so many good things about: Private parking lot (we came with our rented TukTuk), whole apartment for yourself, a huge bathroom and terrace, hot water in the shower, very comfy bed, everything is sparkling clean, a table in the bedroom with your own dedicated router (fibre optic) which was perfect for us as digital nomads, great working AC, a well equipped kitchen with pans, pots, fridge, microwave, cutlery etc., there is even oil, pepper, salt, free coffee and tea! We never saw this on our 6 week trip through Sri Lanka. And everything is quite new! Last but not least, the staff is super friendly and speaks perfectly English! This was our last accommodation in Sri Lanka and it couldn’t have been a better ending. Thank you again!

Clean apartment with homely effect, fully furnished, equipped, spacious and comfortable. Closer to hospitals, food shops and easy to locate. Staff and owners were very good, helpful and cooperative. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest like our own home. This was my third stay at Paramount Residence.

We are a family of 8 ranging from 4yrs to 82yrs old, 6 of us visiting from the UK, 2 joining from South Africa. We booked 3 rooms (2 triples and a double) and all 3 were fabulous. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and fresh. We had breakfast in the Tidal restaurant which had a good choice of foods and then a fabulous dinner outside by the pool bar. In between we took the complimentary city tour (coach tour offered by the hotel) which was excellent and a good way to see Colombo. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly and we highly recommend this property

Everything was spectacularly done. My partner and I don't usually stay in such luxurious places, but as our trip was ending, we wanted to indulge a little. ITC staff made us feel welcome and not at all out of place, which we had some fear about. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The breakfast is the most elaborate I've experienced at a hotel. Again, wonderful staff. Thank you to Ari, who is one of many kind restaurant staff.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The house is magnificent. The breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal for visiting Colombo. It was perfect, and we definitely recommend to everyone to stay at De Saram house.

A nice New hotel, 10 min far from Colombo fort station. Easy to reach walking. Confortable beds and pillows. The stuff was waiting for me as my flight was landing late. Perfect communication and very friendly and accommodative
