I stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent choice! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was brand new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It had two large double beds, which were perfect for a restful stay. The mattress was amazing – incredibly comfortable and supportive, one of the best I've slept on in a hotel. The modern décor and overall cleanliness made the atmosphere feel fresh and inviting. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped with high-quality toiletries and a spacious shower. Everything felt well thought out and carefully maintained. I was really impressed by the level of cleanliness, comfort, and service. The hotel is also in a great location — quiet, but close to everything you might need. The hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional. We took the train from Colombo and arrived Trinco early in the morning, around 6.30 am. When we talked to the hotel manager (Richard), he arranged our room and we got the chance for a early check-in. Richard you are superb!! The room was spacious, clean and AC/hotwater were good. Although this hotel is located a bit far from beach the facilities are good. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can order your food and it's also very tasty. I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
