The entire place was idyllic. Just off away from the hustle and bustle. The setting is in paddy fields down a dirt track. So, so cool! The manager on sight was extremely helpful and got us a tuktuk and drove with his bike down the track as our car couldn't make it and got us cold fresh juice on arrival. The owner was very helpful via WhatsApp. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Thank you to the team.

Tsuru Villa is the perfect place for a relaxing stay. The peaceful location right by the lake creates a wonderful atmosphere, ideal for enjoying nature. The pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxation. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they are doing everything they can to make the stay unforgettable. Another highlight: the villa helps in organizing a safari. All in all, a highly recommended accommodation! We had a great time ☺️

It's a wonderful place with a warmly welcome; you feel very welcome but still you can keep your privacy as they know how to handle tourists. The owner is a very intelligent man with a lot of knowledge, and he speaks english very wwll so you can have very good conversations. We totally liked our stay.

I had such a great experience there. The owner, Sanjaya really was so helpful. If there is any kind of problem, he will help you anytime. The room was comfortable, and nice in size, with a coffee maker and Air Conditioned as well. The bathroom has hot water. The breakfast is awesome, with many varieties of fruits, eggs, and curries. I can't even remember everything I had served on the table. The cherry on the cake, there is the POOL. Nice size, and the perfect temperature. Definitely, I enjoyed being there! Amazing place, two bungalows near by the incredible swimming pool ! 🏊🏻‍♂️ Everything is clean, the staff is lovely, the food was delicious, home made cooking and the portions were huge ! 😋 Nice location if you want to do the safari, they arrange the safari for us, you don’t have to stress your mind. We will come back, a little heaven between the sugar can fields 🥰

The accommodation was amazing! So comfortable and welcoming, everything we needed.. The owners made us a great chicken curry for dinner and excellent breakfast before wr left. Great hospitality. We would definitely stay there again. They also do safari trips.

Very nice little house with good shower, cozy lighting, mosquito net, water kettle and even a hair dryer. Very friendly staff, tasty food with very big portions, no one has to go to bed hungry at this place! The safari we booked was also very good, informative and respectful towards the wild animals. We really enjoyed our stay!

The best stay of our 1 month trip to Sri Lanka. I highly recommend Amba Kola Udawalawe. We spent 3 days and never wanted to leave. Rooms and the common area are artistically designed. Super friendly host and excellent home cooked meals. Spotlessly clean rooms and peaceful surroundings.
