Sana was a really friendly host, who helped us organising transportation. The hotel is located in a very nice and calm area. The view from the rooms is amazing and surroundings quite - the only thing you can hear is all the birds.

Great place with very stylish interior. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very nice. Most importantly the hosts were AMAZING and so thoughtful. Food was 12/10. The ability to hop in the pool after a long day was amazing. Big thanks to the host 🩷

Hands down the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed so warmly and treated like royalty. All the staff are fantastic, especially Lucky who helped us arrange all our day trips. No request was too much and everyone was always very happy to help. The location of the hotel is unbelievable. Panoramic views from every room. The most amazing sunrise and sunset. The rooms are comfortable and very big. And the food is fantastic, we ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel every day and never got bored of the menu! We couldn’t rate this place highly enough, it’s more than a just a hotel stay, we felt welcomed like family for this very personal luxury experience.

Located on a mountain top with a sceneiv 360 view of Peradniya Botanical Garden, The University, Mahaweli River and never ending mountain views. Location has both urbanity and nature with a sense of serenity. The Ayurwedic Spa and the eco-friendly environment is a plus point. Very cool in the mornings and night. But comfortable rooms with hot water and other modern facilities made our stay cozy indeed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Earthbound Residence Kandy, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. **Service:** The staff at Earthbound Residence truly made my stay memorable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. It felt like I was being welcomed into a home rather than just a hotel. **Location:** The residence is situated in a prime location, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Kandy. There are plenty of local attractions, shops, and dining options nearby, which made it very convenient for me to get around. **Accommodations:** My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with charming decor that added to the overall experience. What an amazing place! Everything was superb. From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. I was truly surprised by how wonderful the place was. The property is not only perfect for those who appreciate comfort, but also for those looking to explore the nearby cultural sights. The team at the house went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. This place was absolutely incredible — a true hidden gem in the heart of nature. From the moment we arrived until the very last goodbye, everything was perfect. What made our experience truly exceptional was the hospitality. A special thank you to Christian, who made us feel so welcome and cared for — he truly made us feel special. The entire atmosphere is one of relaxed luxury: beautiful design, modern and tasteful aesthetics, and delicious food that exceeded our expectations. It’s one of those rare places where you feel pampered and at peace at the same time. Clean, spacious house and pool terrace, in a quiet area, not too far from the green university campus and Peradeniya Botanical Garden. Very good and large Breakfast and Dinner as to my wishes. Manager Siran was courteous in any way and especially made lots of phonecalls to fullfill my wish for a train ticket despite trains were booked out for the next weeks.
