This is a spectacular place, an old manor on the island. The place is very quiet, visitors can walk in the park and swim in the lake. The staff is very helpful, the room was clean. For additional fee one can have a truly tasty breakfast. Only half of the manor is renovated, the rooms are located in the old part. This was a wonderful stay! We wished we'd booked for longer. Gorgeous unique cabin, 1 of 2 so lots of privacy and peace. Access to the river to swim. Really cute interior with sliding library ladder to get into the bed. All cooking basics provided and everything we needed for a BBQ. We had a slight challenge and contacted the owner who responded immediately and assisted as best he could. This really was a special stay and highly recommend
