This is the most beautiful smelling hotel. The cleaners are always cleaning and it smells lovely. It looks very clean and well manicured. There is not the biggest selection of food, but whatever they do prepare, they make very delicious and spend a lot of effort making it. They have brilliant chefs. The hotel is safe and well secured. The lights come on automatically. There are lots of taxis outside.

My partner and I went to Marrakech for my birthday, on a 4-day trip. We were very well received at the hotel, the people are friendly, hardworking and attentive. And it was the people who, in our case, deserved all these stars that we give them. They prepared a surprise for us when they realized it was my birthday, they were always super kind, and always responded positively to requests and solving problems. Within the cultural context of what Marrakesh is, we give this hotel the highest rating, they made us feel at home!
