The Saipan Beach Hotel and the hospitality far exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful and located right on the beach. When I visited, the restaurant was still closed, but the owners gave me recommendations for where to eat and even drove me to the grocery store to pick up breakfast items (there was a fridge and microwave in the room) and to a delicious Thai restaurant to get a takeout dinner. It's a quiet location and ideal to get away from things. Great for stargazing and watching the sunrise.

Clean like my home, plenty of drinking water bottles in the fridge( I got around 30 bottles), comfortable beds, air condition in each room, daily room cleaning service including new beach towels, Free laundry ( washer & 2 driers ) availability, lovely beach around 3 minutes walking distance and above all, kind workers and owner. The booking was a gift for a friend's birthday. They said the food was fabulous. The hotel fulfilled my request for a room with a tub for him. He had a great time.

Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!

From picking me up from the airport to having my room ready 7 hours before the check-in time the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Everyone I met was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable to make sure the purpose of my visit was met. The breakfast was made fresh when I ordered it, was delicious and so hearty I didn't eat again that day even though I spent the whole day exploring the island.
