Everything’s gorgeous, very well oriented for families, welcoming staff, epic pool and splash pad. Bunk beds in the ‘mirage’ rooms are in a separate room with a door to separate the kids from the adults which was great. Kids room designed to be easily blacked out with only small windows. Kids room on a separate ac so can be different temp to adults. Travel cot was provided even though it says it isn’t. Lazy river was also amazing. Kids plates and cups provided at every meal.

The house reef is so beautiful for snorkeling.. literally ten steps away from the back door of your villa, five steps from your private beach with swing, enter the water and be amazed at the fish, turtles, reef sharks, and coral gardens. Every day the resort hosts an activity free of charge. Like kayak, sailing or a marine biology talk.

Our stay at the resort was truly exceptional. The property is new, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience from the moment we arrived. Service The level of service exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Mazko, who was particularly attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Food & Dining The dining experience was outstanding. For the first two days, we enjoyed a set menu (à la carte) at two of the resort’s restaurants, followed by buffet-style dining at the Gallery Restaurant for the remainder of our stay. The food was consistently excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Executive Chef Faisal, Chef Hassan, and Chef Thakendra for their dedication and hospitality. We also deeply appreciated Amal for the support and warm service throughout our stay. The entire team went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure every meal was a delight. Facilities & Ambience The resort’s facilities are top-notch. The entire property is peaceful and serene, making it a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. The villas, in particular, were quiet, spacious, and elegantly designed—we thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent there. Overall Impression We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable escape. From the cleanliness and comfort to the exceptional service and food, everything was perfect. Excellent choice of breakfast and evening meals in the Celcius Restaurant. Beautiful, peaceful resort, a slice of paradise. Fabulous spa and spa treatments. Despite not diving/snorkelling we saw lots of fish, sharks and stingrays. We loved that it was so warm all through our stay. ( high twenties) Helpful and knowledge staff. Bonus having tea/coffee making facilities in the apartment.

The family rooms are outstanding. My kids simply loved them. The restaurant food and staff were amazing! The kids play area was also a nice bonus. Loved it overall and will definitely plan a return trip.

the water villa was beautiful (in my opiniom it is worth paying more for one with jacuzzi and view on the sunset) the personal was extremely nice breakfast really good generally great stay in the resort, the best hotel I have ever been to

We travel a lot, but we have never seen such kind, friendly, and attentive staff anywhere else. Straight to the heart! A special mention to Ali, the waiter from the Aura restaurant—this man truly loves his job and always recommends the most delicious dishes. A huge thank you also to the chef from this restaurant—may your hands always stay blessed! A big thanks as well to Charlie, Banjo, and Nattey—true professionals in their field! We also want to express our gratitude to the person (unfortunately, I forgot the name) who was always available on WhatsApp, arrived on time, recommended and booked restaurants and water activities for us, and accompanied us from the beginning to the end of our trip.
