Javier and the staff were great at the front desk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was good with a comfortable bed. An in-room fridge would be nice. Other than that, the location and hotel are best in the area unless you want to drive. Secure parking was a plus. Thanks for the great stay .

This is a lovely hotel close to the central part of Tlaquepaque. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is of the old style and very quaint. the location was perfect for us and the parking down the street was safe for the night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though my Spanish is only rudimentary, we managed to communicate well. The service in the restaurant was top notch, our dinner was excellent and the price was fair.

2.2.km from the main bus station, so a handy position. Outdoor area very nice and protected We checked in super late due to flight delays and the receptionist was there to welcome us Free and cold water fountain available at reception. Free WiFi working in our room. Room clean and large with towel, shampoo and shower gel. King size bed comfortable and clean. Also WhatsApp customer service was amazing. Quick and efficient. They also provided the shuttle (with an extra fee). Very impressed by the all experience.! Definitely recommended
