This lovely hotel is located very conveniently in downtown Oaxaca. One cannot hear the noises from the busy streets. The breakfast consisted of coffee, bred and fruits. Staff is super nice and always ready to help you. I strongly recommend this hotel for families.

Beautiful modern property close to centre and in lovely area. Most of all the staff who run the property are fantastic and do everything to help make your stay in Oaxaca great. Their service was outstanding.

We had a truly excellent stay at hotel Materia. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms well laid-out and of a generous size. The courtyard and roof terrace were a dream. This place was an absolute oasis and in a perfect location for exploring the old town. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Oaxaca!

The staff are very friendly. I liked the water available to drink. I had to leave Arely for the airport and there was a little food and coffee in the garden.
