This lovely hotel is located very conveniently in downtown Oaxaca. One cannot hear the noises from the busy streets. The breakfast consisted of coffee, bred and fruits. Staff is super nice and always ready to help you. I strongly recommend this hotel for families.

We had a truly excellent stay at hotel Materia. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms well laid-out and of a generous size. The courtyard and roof terrace were a dream. This place was an absolute oasis and in a perfect location for exploring the old town. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Oaxaca!
