This place was amazing, just what we were looking for. Everything was as expected and much more. The rooms and place is very clean and beautiful, and the owner is beyond kind. She led us through a holistic activity in the morning, even made us cappuccinos and gave us bananas. Everyone there was super friendly, and the place has the best vibe. Hotel is brand new, very well designed, beds super comfort and you have more than you need in a very quiet environment . Breakfast variety is more that I expected , healthy and delicious. Staff are super friendly and always willing to assist you. I strongly recommend this hotel in Valladolid. A bonus is the parking lot, just around the corner, very safe.

Antonio was so helpful and kind, thank you! He arranged a taxi service to drive us around for the day allowing us to visit two sites and two cenotes. There are several options available to different attractions in the area. He coordinated everything for us and our driver was prompt and professional. The hotel is a short walk to the bus station and close to the main square. There are many restaurants and shops surrounding, so you will have everything you need. The room was spotless and there is a small common balcony on the 2nd floor with an ashtray for smokers and a shared fridge on the main level plus water to refill your bottles.

Very clean. Staff was super friendly, they offered us many great tips for activities in the area. WiFi was fast and reliable (which was not the case in other hotels we stayed at in Mexico). Overall, I think we enjoyed this hotel the most of all the ones we stayed at during our roadtrip around Yucatán.
