It’s fabulous and middle of city and reception people do a good job , always available and help what you need when you need. cleaning nice people wash all the time . Restaurant. People are very nice always to help. what did you want to eat for breakfast and they cook good food . There is no Minibar in the room the only thing I miss 🙄. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, everything in the historic centre is walking distance. Hotel guests can enjoy a 3-hour free walking tour which was really informative, we learned s lot about CDMX. To top it off the hotel offers free food and drinks 24 hours, perfect gor guests coming from Europe who have their mealtimes a bit mixed up due to the different timezone. During our departure our driver could not reach the hotel due to some demonstrations and therefore closed streets. In a heartbeat the staff organized 2 rikshas to take us and our luggage (4 people-3 week trip through Mexico) to the place where the driver was waiting. A staffmember accompanied us, to make sure we were ok. That is what we call excellent service. (We have stayed in a lot of top class, large, small and as well charming hotels all over the world, therefore have some experience)

The location is good, there are lots of shops nearby. It's a bit of a drive to get into the central area but the upside is it's close to the airport and the neighborhood has plenty of shops. The gym was great, one of the larger gym spaces I've seen and all the equipment including free weights are high quality. They have a cable machine, cardio, a rower. And I found the gym was empty during the day and usually only a couple of other guests in the morning or evening. You could spend hours in the gym without seeing anyone else! It's a great way to get in shape. The quality of the bedding was excellent. High quality mattress, nice sheets, and the some of the best pillows I've seen. Very large and firm pillows. It made for a great sleep. I found all the staff friendly and professional. The cleaning staff was easy to deal with, because I was often in the room working during the day they would schedule when to do the cleaning and always made sure it was done while I was out.

This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City.
