Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! The hotel is very close to the Chichén Itzá archaeological site and the Tren Maya station. The hotel offers a free transport service to and from the train station and round trip transport to the archeological site for 100 MXN. The hotel restaurant offers good food at a very reasonable price. The room was very well designed and extremely clean. The room service, the pool and cocktails were all great. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for any visit to Chichén Itzá.

It was a perfect one-night stay, great value for the money. The rooms were clean and functional, we got a complementary water bottle and we could easily fill it up in the common area. The garden is really beautiful with a nice pool to cool off. There is coffee, tea and cake offered in the morning. Safe parking space inside the property. A lot of restorants outside and only 5-10 minute ride to Chichén Itzá.

Beautiful inner garden and a pretty warm swimming pool (mb heated, not sure). The breakfast is really good, and it's really close to Chichen Itza. No problems with hot water, good pressure.

We loved everything! First of all Luis is a very friendly person who cares about his guests. He met us at night when we arrived at the place. He gave us advice about a lot of interesting places nearby to visit! Breakfast!!! It was really amazing! Also, in the morning you can hear a lot of different pleasant sounds of different animals/birds! Definitely recommend! If we will be in Chicken Itza again - we definitely prefer to stay here.
