Fantastic customer service and experience. The receptionist provided a water kettle, an ironing facility, and a comfortable place for my computer work. No stress in looking for a car parking place. A nearby paid self-service laundry service. There are plenty of electrical sockets at every corner of the wall, and one universal socket with USB ports, which is perfectly convenient; no need to use extension wires, better than some of the 5-star hotels. Loved the stay at there. In full the hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff in the lobby was polite and kind to me when i asked about their area and the places to visit, but mainly the stay was good and i slept well.
